Orfordville, WI 53576 POSITION SUMMARY Burtness Chevrolet is looking for an Automotive Service Lane Assistant.

Auto dealership experience with Auto Soft is preferred, but not required.
Entry level candidates with strong communication skills & a passion for automotive are also encouraged to apply.
Hours:
Scheduled hours may vary - Our Service department operates from 730am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
Alternating Saturdays:
Service Department hours of operation are 8am - 3pm - 4 day workweek to follow any Saturdays worked PAY:
We offer two options for this position - Option 1:
Hourly rate based on experience Option 2:

com/benefits/ ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Service Advisors are expected to be clocked in and ready to greet customers at their scheduled start time Excellent communication skills for communicating technical information to customers and working with our Technician Team Basic typing and spelling skills required for completing service tickets Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Maintaining attention to detail Must be able to work in a team setting Keeping up-to-date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures Comply with relevant state and federal regulations within the department Additional duties as assigned WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Maintain attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and general office knowledge are imperative.
Pre-employment drug screen required.
Works primarily indoors.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
Filing will require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
